How to make table and hyperlink.

Hello.
I would like to make a topic in puzzles with multiple puzzles ;) but I don't want to make topic for each puzzle.

My question is how to make table like one of my favorite puzzle maker aurorable - https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/i2vDH/daily-jigidi ?

And hyperlinks with name for example:
I want this "https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/ksC8H/how-to-make-table-and-hyperlink" to be hyperlink called "My topic"
