Last info I was told, Bill's hat was going for $10-$12.00. It's a virtual hat in a game - why pay money? The hat is tradeable, but buying it from someone else is against the TOS on Steam.

I've seen it sell for 7 to 10 keys so about 10 dollars according to the value of the keys on an open market. Honestly the more I think about TF2 hats and the economy it just makes me want to drink.

Yeah I personally wouldn't pay more than 10$ for a painted one.

And I had two and gave them away free.. well whatever.
