are restructuring the debt

Not by much though. They got about 5 million from sales. Not all of that went to THQ. They are in debt by about $255 million.

IGD gaming stated they were in $255 million I believe. I am currently trying to find a website to confirm that info.

Cannot find the video, with a new one every couple of days I cannot be bothered to find it. It's 3 in the morning, the world is gonna end tomorrow and I'm tired. Also, I did not do the linky thing as I do not know how.

It will be. There are devs/pubs out there that are long dead and their games still sell. Remember, they aren't out of business yet. They have a chance to work out their debts and get their assets sorted out.
