I wonder why Battlefield 3 is allowed, but not the other Origin games. Maybe because people wants Battlefield 3.

You can't make an official giveaway for Alice. However, if you want to be creative, you can giveaway any other steam game, and write in your description that you're giving away Alice as a bonus.
