osu! on PC Question

Actually, you do use the cursor. It's hard at first, but it get's surprisingly easy once you get used to it.

buy a wacom tablet It's what separates from pro to noobs

I actually play with the mouse, you get used to it. Of course it's damn harder, but also extremely rewarding.
If it's too difficult you could try getting yourself a wacom or similar though.

You can use the mouse to aim and its buttons, or you could use the default z/x, me personally i use the mouse and keyboard, can't complain; i went from raging hard at not being able to finish a song on easy to getting SS on a few insane difficulty songs.

If you can't master Standard gamemode then maybe you can play Catch the Beat gamemode instead, it's way easier
