It was from my paypal balance and sent as family/friends. I don't think i can do a charge back.

I can't say i was scammed but I gave a "friend" a copy of ultra street fighter some time ago because he missed the alienware key giveaway and he really wanted that game, all of my extra keys i give to friends. After that we normally chat, and today also and than he removed me from steam and hide his profile. I am very pissed because some people are really fucking scumbags.

I sent $10 to an obvious scammer through paypal because I didn't double check. Before anyone calls me an idiot, I suffer from severe chronic back pain and the scammer happened to contact me while my back was flaring up. I tend to be careless and not focused during these times. It's weird because I ALWAYS check the user through enhanced steam and the one time I don't check, I get scammed. I'm trying to dispute with paypal but I don't think they'll help me return my money because this is digital goods.
Does anyone know if paypal will return my money or am I screwed? $10 might not seem like a lot but it still feels crappy.
