I occasionally did this just for fun, but didn't seem like I was actually adding more games except for the first time I used it in a while.
But now I tried going to a random page and used the script and it actually worked. Is there a way to filter to only games that I don't own? I thought that's what the "Update Games" button is for, but the list isn't actually changing.

Try updating manually: https://steam.madjoki.com/users/userscript
I.e. copy the user data from the Steam website into the text box, then click the light grey update button.
There are 13 DLCs listed though which I can't add - most of the time because I don't own the base game (which isn't free).

The "Arma 3" tools / movies etc don't add for me either for some reason.
A lot of fails you're getting seem to be because of regional restrictions. Apparently the script doesn't check this. :(
Personally, I skip the categories "Game", "Demo" and "Media". DLC I check manually for what is new, sometimes I get a DLC which works.
All other categories seem fine, except of "Arma 3" and the "Innocent Fille Sound Collection".
Btw I think 50 activations per hour isn't the only limit. After approx. 10 fails, further activations might be impossible as well (for an hour).

Is there a setting i'm missing to hide games which cant be added in the user's country?
