While you can't know how long it will take for them to receive the new batch of keys and deliver your key, you can trust them as legit, non-shady store. I've been buying from them since a long time and never had any issue.

That's what I understand too. Backs orders are not very usual but it should work that way, like any preorder when keys are not available at time of purchase. Ho, and you will never bother me by asking a question politely :)

It is a legit site, but make sure there isn't a better deal elsewhere.
I once bought something and they were out of keys. There was no warning on the page and it was the weekend so it would have taken several days to receive a key. They refused to refund me [even though they didn't give me the product] to allow me to by the product from HB [sale started several hours later].
I did bought from them again, but the whole ordeal really annoyed me.

I'm against pre-orders in general, but if you're really keen on this game then get it.
At least in your case you have a warning on the page and it's not like it would actually prevent you from playing right away.
BTW, unless it is a price glitch, I now wait for ~11:00 PST to get a better sense of deals because that is when stores usually update their pages [for the US market].

Hi there!
I recently discovered this site "wingamestore.com" and, after some research, it seems a realiable store.
The question is: I wanted to pre-order Shadow of War, but on the page [https://www.wingamestore.com/product/6826/Middle-earth-Shadow-of-War-Gold-Edition/] it says "Back order" (Temporarily sold out of special serial codes. You may still place a back order and it will be fulfilled when new codes arrive.)
Has anyone ever had this problem? And how time do they need on average to retrieve a key?
I tried to contact them, but they didn't answer me yet.
