I just played match kind of randoms vs. whole clan. I've played a lot of matches like this. This is really annoying, because randoms will be always worse than organized clan. Do you have this same problem or just i have a bad luck?

Your point is?
A coordinated team will always be better than just a bunch of random people. Or are you saying that the game should somehow 'detect' that five complete strangers are playing and choose five players at random for opponents appropriately?

It would be awesome if it worked like that, but if it did, it would possibly take hours to find a match as a clan of 5 people. Not something Valve would implement.

Either find friends to queue up with... or dont complain.

Out of all the times ive played against a 'fully pre-arranged' or a 'clan' team and have lost was once in double ak ranks.
That was the only time, all the other times ive beat full arranged team. Just because you are versing full arranged teams doesnt mean they are strong, most likely they are just a group of friends who are also playing together. Serious competitive teams rarely play on MM, most of them use 3rd party ranking ladders... in other words there is no reason to be like 'err nerr ive lost the game' before you have even started the first round.
