You can combine paymenth methods. So if you have a PayPal acc or a CC you can add those pennies you are missing.

I recently got some steam wallet money and bought some games. I got 1.94 left and wanted to get Dead Pixels but them pennies =C
So I saw you can sell stuff on the market but since I just bought credit im not elegible to sell stuff.
Am I screwed? maybe ill have to wait for it to go on sale or something. Or find something else to buy.
