If the winner is suspended, you can ask for a reroll. If you haven't been able to contact the winner after the seven days, post a screenshot of your attempts to contact them in your ticket when you create it. :)

It is. Just put the reason as "Suspended or Inappropriate behavior".

It's mostly meant as "behavior that would lead to a suspension". You wouldn't get a reroll just because they posted a comment asking where's the key, but it could happen if they start harassing you or being really aggressive for example.

Reroll is a risking thing. If he didnt clicked on "Get the key" or "see the key" (dont know what this button was) I would reroll, if he did saw than its a high chance he copied the key and now wait for the reroll to activate the key.

I did get a reroll and the new winner has marked it as recieved. So its all good. Is there a way to see if a winner has clicked on "Get the key"?

Its been a week since my GA ended and the winner hasnt marked it as recieved yet, and it doesnt look like he has used the key on his steam account. So I look at his steamgifts profile and it turns out he is suspended. For 4 more days. Should I request a reroll or should I wait until the suspension is over?
