if you live together, but have separate PCs, you do not have the same IP

Partial Credit. If you're all on the same network, each PC will have a unique INTERNAL IP address, but the overall internet connection only has 1 IP.
If you're all on a different internet connection, Then yes, each pc would have a unique IP address

Hi, my boyfriend invited me the other day, but after reading the FAQ I've noticed it says "Only one account per IP address". We live together so we have the same IP. Does this mean I can't participate? Or is there someone I should e-mail about this? It might be a little late because I already joined some give-aways, but it just made me grow increasingly worried about it.. Thanks in advance.
