So Metro LL+DLCs got pulled off the steam store

Barely after the release of the so-called "redux" versions, both the originals aren't available. I suppose it makes sense, them devs wanting the people to buy the new versions. Yet, that's a downer to those who had already spent money on buying the game earlier. It's like "We made a better version of the game with better graphics, so buy the game again! Because we possibly can't update the graphics in the game itself, oh noes!" [Not exactly sarcastic here, it might be true, but then it's like an insult to the early purchaser]

what is the problem. They have just been pulled for sale, they remain in your acct if you have them.

The redux are the new version so they pulled the old. Why have both in the store and confuse things for people that don't already own.

I was going to buy DLCs but I can't do it anymore. Also, I wanted to buy these games as gifts - but not they're twice as expensive.

For me, metro 2033 can still be purchased in the store for 49,99€, whereas the bundle last light+2033 redux is 39,99

However it really doesn't make any sense remastering a pretty recent game. I'd that understand that when they get 10 years old, not now

Don't confuse people!!! You only can't buy the older version, but if you already have - nothing changes, sheesh

Metro LL = Metro LL Redux. Remastering a year old game is dumb as sheet anyway, so who cares. The fact that you can't buy the DLC anymore is fucked up though.

I think they gave you a 50% Discount if you owned the Original games - stil shitty compared to what discount they'll probably get during the next big sale...

There are only DLCs for Last Light, and nope you won't be able to buy them without the Redux.

they are doing so much sheety moves with the DLCs etc.. first, they release ranger mode as an extra DLC and charge 5 euros for it (TO PLAY THE GAME IN A HIGH DIFFICULTY, I MEAN WTF?) and now they entirely remove it? lame. i wanted to buy ranger mode on a good sale and enjoy the game as it was meant to be played the hardcore way.. they can gtfo

It was removed, but now it was added again in the Store but with a glitch that sells it as a "Pre-Order" with a price of $49,99 (even if you already have it), and if you "pre-purchase" it, you also get Red Faction Guerrilla... (:P)

I've been trying to do as if I wanted to buy it (with the intent of stopping right before the final step of course) and there seems to be an issue preventing me from buying it. Maybe it's there but cannot be purchased ?
