The winner has 7 days to redeem a gift. Most people will redeem it within 1 day though. 1 Hour really isn't a very long time to give them a chance to redeem. So just sit back and relax :)

You realize there are people on here from all over the world right? When you posted this topic I was still asleep. The person may be at work, it may be the middle of the night where they are, etc. Be patient.
