Like many here, I used Hola to purchase for a friend, friend said a few of the keys were duplicate. He asked me to go to their Support for assistance. Would they help, having used this method to purchase?

As i said on the second page of this thread its only a lock on the possibility to buy it, as the bundle is only a deal for south america, but all the keys are row

Its not region locked, they only try to avoid purchases outside south america because the deal is only for that region ( it may have to do with a decision of the publisher) , they use a different kind of message when its truly region locked and you cant play the game.
