The Lego bundle is and most of the keys on nuuvem usually are, however there are some that are region locked to south america. If it has a region lock it'll say so in the "Importante!" section below the space where it states it's for steam

You are right. Those are currency conversion only. I bought it last time and they charged me $7.47 + $0.17 in fees. Probably because my currency is different than the dollar, which I have to use if I want to pay with Paypal.

Yeah... that sucks :/ Another crappy thing that happened to me too when buying from Nuuvem, is that I had a paypal balance... so I HAD to use the paypal balance funds at Paypal's rate, which is higher than if I could have used a different funding source.

yeah I had the same problem, just use another browser, i was using chrome to add to cart and couldn't make an account. So I had to use Firefox to make the account normal and it works fine

I dont know portugese, but i can guess it says " This bundle is restricted to South America" so the deal is restricted to be only bought in south america, do not mistake as if the games were region locked, the games are RoW keys, when a game is region locked they use a different message (REGION LOCKED: Esse jogo não pode ser jogado fora do Brasil.) which basically means you cant play this game outside of Brasil.

They didnt region locked the games, they only restricted the bundle to be only bought in south america, as i replied to the person above you , when a game is region locked they use a different message, this one (REGION LOCKED: Esse jogo não pode ser jogado fora do Brasil.), which means you cant play the game if you arent from Brasil, and the message they put on the store page was (REGION LOCKED: Esse pacote é restrito para América do Sul.) which means " This bundle or pack is restricted to south america"

Per steamdb.info there is no locked cd-keys for The LEGO Movie - Videogame or LEGO: The Lord of the Rings. I suppose that it applies to other LEGO games from that sale too (I'm lazy to check).

If he set the country to Paraguay (because it obviously didnt work with Brazil, 404 error) in Hola Unblocker, it's probably smarter to write in spanish if he still intends to pretend he's from paraguay. i'm pretty sure portuguese speaking people will understand spanish too.
