Got a game twice here

Hey,
I just won a copy of Ruzh Delta Z which I really wanted so I joined more than one giveaway. A few minutes ago I won one of them on got the game. Was very happy and used the code. Went back to check Steamgifts again and saw that I just won one more of them. I know it's forbidden to get a game twice and it was not intended. What can I do now? What do I have to do?

Good idea, but the steam profile of the giveaway-creator is private and you can't send any messages if you're not a friend.

You may leave a comment in the giveaway, that should give them a notification on Steam Gifts.

thats a really bad idea, the GA creator won't check it, he has 99+ comments to notice anything, best option is adding him.

You can ask for a reroll by posting in the comments section of the giveaway explaining the situation, and then contacting the giveaway creator to make a reroll ticket. Be sure to mark the second game as not received if over a week passes to prevent a ban, and don't do anything with the second key (regift, trade, etc)

Make a post in the giveaway asking for a reroll (you can also make a ticket to support to add information), do not use the key and DO NOT update the feedback (you should leave it pending preferably).
