Well, can only suggest some gaming channels: ShoddyCast - great bunch of people that made best lore series on Fallout and TES (and some more), also they did machinima videos on Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 4 (which is a little boring because of the nature of the game itself).
And there is Gopher - great guy that makes a lot of let's plays on Skyrim, Fallout, occasional horror games, mod tutorials (for which he is best known), and EVERYTHING he does is quality content. Not mentioning charming personality.

If you like Starcraft or any other Blizzard games, here's one my favourite channels : CarbotAnimations

Well if you are into gaming and wrestling, you might like fighting games, for which I'd recommend Core-A Gaming channel.
As for comedy, even though it breaks the must be english rule as it is actually swenglish, check out Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time (though better look for their earlier videos, like THIS ONE of recipes to start).

Hosted by Wil Wheaton and occasionally co-hosted by Felicia Day they invite all sorts of "Geek-celebrities" and play boardgames.

+1 great channel. I use to watch the D&D sessions live on twitch as well as other things.

I didn't know they do D&D as well but Titansgrave was quite interesting to watch for me because I never played a Pen and Paper RPG.

Well, I probably don't watch anyone you'd like, but I'll share some
Anna Campbell - She's the only vlogger I watch I think. She sometimes talk about mental illnesses and such, which is kinda interesting.
Bijuu Mike - He plays Yandere Simulator mostly
Brutalmoose - Old and not very known movie and game reviews. And Kid Cuisine. And Televoid, which I would recommend to anyone, because it's just bunch of movie review and then plot happens. It's great.
EuphAuric - Let's play, he doesn't upload all that often but I really enjoy his playthroughs with Until Dawn being my favourite one haha.
Gloom - Let's play. I really like her videos, because she, like, acts as the characters in the games? It's not that she just changes her voice, she adds her own lines and sometimes uses props... I just find her videos interesting. :'D
The Fun & Games Channel - This has full episodes of America's most popular TV Game Shows! Probably not what you want to see, but Card Sharks is fun. It's also fun to see how the opinion changes based on the year.
InquisitorMaster - Pretty cool lady who plays Roblox. Personally, not my thing, but she has a nice voice I like to listen.
PBGGameplay - They play my kind of games :'D
PieSenpai aka AzzMan plays "anime" games. Kind of sad he went from 600k to 50k. :'D
Oh and also, Inside A Mind and Night Mind - ARGs and analysis, the later has more videos about games.

Olan Rogers, maybe? While I don't think any of his content is explicitly about the subjects you like, it's in a similar vein and he's a great storyteller.
Also, have you watched any DBZ Abridged from TeamFourStar? WeeklyTubeShow has similar content, though its updates are sadly not anywhere near weekly. There's probably lots of similar parody stuff out there like that, though I haven't bothered watching much of it regularly.

How about Day[9]? His stories are hilarious and he's an incredibly nice guy. He's best known for his Starcraft and DOTA 2 stuff but his Hearthstone videos are also pretty entertaining.

For Comedy - https://m.youtube.com/user/loadingreadyrun - Canadian comedy group with over 10 years of content. They also do a charity marathon every November for child's play where they play the most boring game ever, auction off gaming items and generally entertain as long as donations keep coming. It's called desert bus and it is amazing. Oh, and they have a periodic wrestling podcast that covers wwe ppvs and the stories leading up to them.
Gaming - https://m.youtube.com/user/MasaeAnela - clean, plays Nintendo games mainly, great for watching with my kids.
https://m.youtube.com/user/quill18 - mainly strategy games, entertaining and informative.
https://m.youtube.com/user/gamesdonequick - home of all the vods for Awesome Games Done Quick and Summer Games Done Quick. Speedrunning marathons that are awesome to watch.
Wrestling - https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCjCDlbCvET6a6K53TV9ZhZA - great commentary on wwe both present & past as well as some indie and other fed stuff. He's also a manager on the Indies and is generally very entertaining

I love gaming. But watching gaming videos seem a bit redundant to me. Only exceptions are if the video is really really really funny. Which only happens in 2-3 videos for a channel. So I dont really follow those.
But maybe you or someone else will find useful some other themed channels I would recommed :)
Adam LZ - https://www.youtube.com/user/LZBMX , Dude vlogs about his life, his business, his cars. Pretty enjoyable. For some he could come on cringy. But somehow Ive enjoyed his videos.
DIY Perks - https://www.youtube.com/user/DIYPerks , Many interesting DIY projects. Goes into huge detail and has quality filming gear.
Joe Goes - https://www.youtube.com/user/BadgeofShame , little wierd white dude making everyone feel awkward. Havent seen his new stuff. But his older stuff is gold.
The Kleb - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkUCUr0wSV-eN2oRnTRS01g , Bike dude. Doesnt care about anything and just brightens up everybodies day. Really fun vlogs.
Uncle Mullet - https://www.youtube.com/user/gladyscalls , lost faith in humanity ? This uplifting dude will definitely brighten your day.
If your a car lover there are of course more (that dude in blue, might car mods, car throttle, eric the car guy ) but then again - if your a car guy, you porobably new these.
anyway - hope someone finds this useful :)

Maybe check out Cryaotic ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCu2yrDg7wROzElRGoLQH82A ). I like how he does gaming. He's pretty chill, respectful of the game, and he highlights a lot of underappreciated games.
If you like gaming channels that are involved with other forms of media (Such as have their own movie), check out Achievement Hunter ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsB0LwkHPWyjfZ-JwvtwEXw )and their parent company, Rooster Teeth. ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzH3iADRIq1IJlIXjfNgTpA )

If you like Let's Plays, Markiplier and Cryaotic are both excellent, although their personalities are almost total opposites so you may like one and not the other.
outsidexbox is great if you like list videos, even if you don't have an Xbox (that's where the "Outside" comes in ;)). I really like Playstation Access too.
CinemaSins and Honest Trailers are fun, and they both have video game counterparts. Honest Game Trailers is done by the same narrator as the movie ones, but there are several Gaming Sins channels and I think none have any relation to CinemaSins. I haven't really checked any of them out yet, so I don't know which is best.
Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged is the one that started the Abridged series fad, and it's excellent. TeamFourStar does DBZ Abridged, another great one, and FF7 Machinabridged, which I also loved. You don't need to be a fan of either YGO or DBZ to enjoy those; basic knowledge of FF7 is recommended for that one, though.
Lastly, I've only seen Brentalfloss's Video Games WITH LYRICS videos, where he writes and sings parody lyrics about video games (usually set to the music of the game) so I don't know what else he does. But those video game lyrics are hilarious. (Highlights: The Bioshock Song, anything Final Fantasy, the Cave Story song, the Limbo song, and The Game Over Tinies.)
