I watch plenty of youtube videos, but the only channel ive considered worth subscribing to, and has never let me down because he is such a god damn talented and likeable guy, is michael cthulhu. He makes big swords (usually from videogames). and then hits things with them. Generally only one video a month, but its always worth it (theyre usually an hour+ in length, hes funny as hell, and shows every step he takes in making the swords), and he sells some of his stuff for charity, so id love to think id thrown at least one or two subscriptions his way. Hope he makes his million subs, he deserves it.

I adore Mark Brown's Gamemaker's Toolkit channel. It goes through games and analyses game mechanics explored in them. He's got a great ongoing series called Boss Keys where he's been exploring how a Zelda Dungeon is constructed in each of the Zelda games from the original to the current games.

If you want to try reaction videos, FlamingShark has a good mix of cartoons and anime in his rotation, and provides links to a full audio commentary with no cuts.

For a dose of silly and art, check out Drawfee. They're a bunch of people who take silly ideas and make sillier drawings. It's a good way to unwind if you're a little stressed out.

Next I will share some singers. Although you don't have much faith in them, I think these are quality folks, and at least deserve a listen, and so I present to you

Check out You Suck at Cooking, it's a hilarious parody of cooking videos that can actually show you some cool dishes, or you can just watch for entertainment like me. A channel I've been watching a lot of lately is Northernlion. He plays a lot of Binding of Isaac and PUBG. He just started a Fallout 3 series that I highly recommend (I know you don't want FPS, but this is highly entertaining). ExplosmEntertainment puts out hilarious animated shorts on a weekly basis, I've never seen a bad video from these guys. And if you're into memes, I would highly recommend Dolan Darker. He posts a video pretty much every day. A good chunk of his videos are related to other YouTubers, so those ones might not be as funny to someone who doesn't watch much YouTube. And if you are interested in an unbiased news source, I couldn't recommend Philip DeFranco enough. He does a great job of portraying current events from both sides.
