Yeah. It was similar to steamgifts but they had a premium currency you could use to enter giveaways (and make giveaways exclusively for this premium currency). I remember you could either buy it or get some by making giveaways. Anyway, it was a cool site. I liked the design a lot. I don't remember how or why exactly it went away, but I remember feeling a little sad about it.
Edit: also something else that was different was that you didn't need to activate your wins.

Valve blocked all their bots used for trading gifts under "used to transfer gifts from cheap to more expensive regions". So users lost money. And from there it was just slippery slope, as site lost biggest advantage - user-free ability to send gift from creator to winner (like on SG you need to add winner, send gift, they need to confirm it).
Later russian currency dived in value, so they were getting less money from premium users. And at some point they decided it's no longer profitable to pay for servers etc. I think they also had some personal problems.

it was another site like steamgifts, in the sense that you joined giveaways for games(more details in the comment above yours), there were a couple of them before aside from steamgifts. Gameminer, playblink, galagiveaways, there was a french one i cant remember (i think it was cadeauxsteam or something like that), and also tremor games to a certain extent
