thats about the price i paid when RU PRICE was the only price, and region locks still in the shadows > i'd say 13$ aren't 1.3$ that i'd consider a "good" price glitch ... the current price resembles Witcher 3 RU 50% off the price it was before + not ROW anymore

yep it was the same(699 rubles) price last year, but then ruble exchange rate fell and the price raised to 1100+ rubles

Vpn's should work with this one as there is no play lock for RU OLD, otherwise we all would've been screwed ;)
