don't think it is region restricted because it is from a 2009 bundle, not the more recent bundle that had restrictions.
but not totally sure. please comment if you know for sure.

I'm new to SR series, played "the third" for the first time like a month ago, after finishing it I bought IV and then I got bored and downloaded 2 for fun
it wasn't fun, couldn't handle the downgrade hahaha
