Its not illigal, atleast site i use is not, it gives you adress and most people use it for digital items but when you need to buy something real you can pay them and they will make sure it gets to you, i think they use PO boxes and puts as many people on each of them as its legaly possible, its usefull to set it up if you plan on using amazon, yeah i know its realy shity site but still free shit is free shit, i mean why cant i buy game from amazon if its a code which does not includes shipping or anything like that so i think its just a way for them to escape responsibly
