9,38 with fees paying with paypal or visa for example.
Done, received my keys after a max of 5 minutes, those are retails keys.

If you buy it you should receive 1 key for base game and another key for the dlc.

Yes, Just bought mine few mins before posting that comment, recieved 2 keys through the site in less than 5 mins activated without issues.
