Probably Civilization V or Magic the Gathering, though with mouse and not keyboard.

Civ 5 works okay with just a mouse. If you're used to using hotkeys you really miss them.

Screw that plaster and just use your right hand as well! It happened to me and my hand is A-ok!

  • edit: I'd put my money on Rogue Legacy. That or a broken plaster

Need for Speed - Hot Pursuit 2010, though you'll need a finger from the busted hand to use Nitro or power-ups. In fact many older arcade racers (Juiced 2 - HIN and all NFSs before Pro Street) played just fine on keyboard. Also get an ambidextrous mouse and play turn-based stuff like XCOM-Enemy Unknown or Civilisation or pretty much any management sim/game (nothing RTS though). In fact anything that's not realtime and will wait for input would work. Point and Click adventures.

You should be able to play most racing games if you're into that, other then that you could play some point and click game, since it doesn't take extremely good reaction time, i don't think you would be able to play the walking dead or the wolf among us, those do require quick response. I'd recommend Deponia or Monkey island as far as point and click are concerned

Won't mouse only games work as well?

Anyway, Pirates is fun game and can be played one hand on numpad.

3D SexVilla

Sorry, that was rather evil. Take Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge instead, you'll be set for ages with those two.

Yeah, you can definitely play TBoI with just one hand...

I disagree with that - you need both sets of keys at the same time - not suited for one-handed play.

Time to break out the point & click adventures, or turn-based strategy as others pointed out.
Also, English Country Tune is a nice and fiendish puzzler that can be controlled with one hand (as far as I got at least)

Jamestown, but I'm not sure if you can set it to WSAD. If it can't, you may try playing on a pad one handed
