but I wonder if by last you meant 4th / 3rd card in a row, or simply the one missing in collection
because I am missing last/3rd card, where there are 3 cards in collection, but in 4 cards collection, the one I am missing is random

Just like McDonald's Monopoly game. That's how they can control the number of prizes awarded. All but one piece are common as dirt, and the "key" piece is only given out in quantity equal to the total number of prizes they want to award.

Edit2: Just heads up, won Amerzone 2 times and 1st key worked but 2nd key that I tried to activate on my alt.didn't work, it was already activated, all other keys worked but still be careful if you decide to create giveaways with keys from this site.
