TF2 Inventory Bugged?

Did a trade where I got 15 keys, did the trade and it said I'd received the 15 keys. I went to check my TF2 inventory and the number said I had 15 more items than before but the keys didn't appear. Is the TF2 inventory bugged like hell or something?

Seems bugged for me too at the moment.

The number says that I have 80 items in my TF2 inventory on the TF2 tab, but on the main screen below it says that I currently have 0 items in my inventory.
