McPixel is on promotion, to rise upvote on Greenlight. So you can pay what you want, and buy it (PC, mac, Linux and includes a Desura code), or just torrent it. If it be on Steam, you probably get Steam key.

There's retro, and there's "I can't draw but I still made a game". I was playing games back when 4 colors was the norm (early 80's) and games back then still had better graphics than this.

I think the developer has probably been the most generous and polite individual whose game gets pirated. He doesn't mind, he just hopes that everyone spreads the word.

I played it. It's funny, but not very fun, and I personally find it offensive. I sort of think all of that is what the developer intended though.

On his site he has a torrent file.. No need to go to piratebay.
By pressing the "Download McPixel Torrent!" above the Steam Greenlight box.

Only if you vote! No idea about Steam codes yet. I think it's totally not cool if you had to buy the same game twice, but I don't want to promise anything yet.

Read the FAQ first instead of bothering the creator.
