I would like to know if someone bought something from there and if these are Steam keys and also if they can be redemmed outside U.S..

Using Batman: Arkham Origins as an example. Scroll down and check the requirements. LINK

They all say "Downloads to US Addresses Only", so I assume during checkout you'll need to enter a US address. But I dont think any of those games are region locked, so you should be fine if buying from outside the US.

ok, concerning drm, i already found it myself now but thx anyway. but could you also find something concerning if its locked somewhere?
