It's because you had deleted giveaways that weren't over yet, contact support and they'll clear it up

You have a number of slots, each new giveaway gives you more slots to create new giveaways, when you delete giveaways or they're marked as not received you lose 1 slot, you deleted 4 copies, this way you lost 4 slots of giveaways, you probably just had 3-4 slots, not you have 0.

You deleted 4 copies, it counts as 4 deleted giveaways. This is made to avoid ppl continuously creating giveaways for games that are given for free for example.

but this games doesn't have been for free i buy it, but i dont get keys on the time i want :/ so i must close my giveaway :/ and now i'm in little troubles i have 8 keys but i can't give it :/ so suck

I was only saying the reason of these giveaway slots, to avoid ppl spamming the site with free games or fake giveaways, this doesn't mean you are one of those persons

My suggestion, do not make giveaways for games you are planning to get, make only for keys/gifts you already bought/have.

Yeah try support ticket, but it takes a while, I doubt there is an admin now checking forums, you know it's New Year event.
