Hello!
None Marketable Cards: 111
None Marketable Packs: 37

Marketable Cards: 700
Marketable Packs: 70

I am Level 14 on Steam and think about getting rid of all of all these unused cards. I'm not entirely sure what to do with all those cards and packs. I might want to sell them all and gain some Money from it. Or would it be more of value for me to get badges, Level up and gain emoticons and backgrounds I could sell on the market?
I also do have some packs for badges I might be able to create and I'm not sure if it would be more of value to actually open the packs and create the badges or to just sell the packs or even open them and selling the cards.

I'm new to all of this and would glady appreciate any help to make the most of my inventory :)

Some people sell some cheap bundled games for trading cards, you can try there, just don't sell them on the market or you will lose a lot on taxes. Doing badges is just for exp, you don't get anything but losses from it (imagine using seven 0,05$ cards for a badge only to get a 0,03$ emoticon and background).
For the cards pack...you can find foil from them so you can gain more from it, but it's random.

Hm okay thank you! Maybe I just trade the cards against games or some keys. Do you know if you can trade Cards in Bulk? And if you trade these, do Boosters count as 3 Cards or do they have a higher value in the trading scene?

You can trade cards in bulk but most people prefer to pay less for that.
Boosters depends, if individual cards from the set is 0,05$ and the booster pack is being sold at 0,20$ in the market then yeah, but otherwise not. Always check the steam market to know the value of those when doing trades.

booster pack is being sold at 0,20$

Most of my boosters are only worth 0,09€ but then again they are not from Skyrim, Witcher 3, NieR:Automata or other sought after games.

But neither are any of those OP has as far as I've seen. Some of those barely sell for 0,05€ on the market and that's with fees.

Yeah that was just an example, if individual cards are worth more is best to open the pack, but you have to check them to see if it's worth it or not. Booster packs of popular games are worth more because you can find foils in them and that's very good if you find them.

I didn't check OP's inventory but I didn't want to say "most of your booster packs are from indie games that nobody wants so just open them" because some of them could be worth more. In the end is just the difference of some cents but it can be important.

Yeah. I think I overlooked your actual point because reading it again now it seems like you were already saying most booster aren't worth much to begin with. With some exceptions. To which I completely agree.

This part is rather directed at OP:
General rule of thumb: The more expensive and uncommon the game is the more likely the Boosters will fetch a decent price.
But there obviously are some exceptions.

A lot of players wish to craft the non-marketable sets. If you are wanting to trade them away for marketable cards then advertise on the particular game's trade forum (a sub-forum of the game discussion forum). You can ask for marketable cards in return for your boosters and cards. Some will ask for other marketable items such as keys for TF2 that can be easily sold on the market. Others will accept gems for the cards.
You can use this website https://www.steamtradematcher.com/ to give yourself an idea of the worth of your non-marketable cards. The worth is subjective I guess, you are free to put any price you want on your cards.
Boosters can sometimes get more - there is a chance for a foil in there. Most will want to treat a booster as three individual cards though. The chance of getting a foil is very low.

I messed up, meant to give you the affiliated site https://www.steamcardexchange.net/
I think the value they assign to the nonmarketable card is the last known selling price. But I like to craft sets for myself so Steam Trade Matcher is great for me. Also see just below I have given a little more info on groups to help with trading if that is what you want to do. Trading is time consuming though, so good luck with whatever you try :)

Where do you suggest I should sell my cards?

I only trade within the Steam client so apart from the suggestions above - there are trading groups on steam I trade through. Steam Trade matcher is great if you are trying to craft sets (it is set up for 1:1 trading within a card set). Some groups I use regularly are:-
https://steamcommunity.com/groups/honestmerchants (if you want to trade non marketable cards for marketable ones, especially junk ones like GooCubelets cards, you should probably ask before sending a trade :)
https://steamcommunity.com/groups/deaditems This group was set up specifically to trade non marketable cards, emotes and backgrounds between users. Some are looking to trade away non marketable cards and get sellable items in return
https://steamcommunity.com/groups/tradingcards Another card trading group that can be useful. There are a lot so ask around to see what others use.

If you don't want to spend too much energy for too little gain, just sell all of them using Steam Economy Enchanter (or alternative if there is one).

I find selling most cards pretty hard to do. Because I'm in a € country I have to go €0,01 below the lowest offer to sell, which means I can't sell any card worth €0,03 with Steam taking €0.02 fees. And those make up a lot of card market, so I mostly trade them.
People from countries whose currency gives them the chance to lower in more incremental steps (0.0001 for example) have better chances to sell.

Nope, you don't need to. Just sell them at the price of the lowest. You don't need to hurry anyway.

To be honest, once i did spend a lot of time to earn as much as possible with cards but later i realized that i could've earn a lot more my spending my time on something that has value.

I've tried just using the lowest price right now more than once on a variety of cards, and they don't get sold. Even cards added at a later date by someone else with the same price get sold earlier. So now I only sell cards which price are quite a bit higher, so leaving €0,01 off doesn't matter... and trading all other cards. That's working out quite nicely for me at tis moment.

It really depends what you're after.
If you want to make the most money, I'm pretty sure it's best to sell the cards or the booster packs rather than the produce of their crafting: they have more value because they allow you to get both XP and the craftable items.
If you want to try your luck, well then you could craft the badges and hope to get a rare item. That could make more money than the cards... but only if you're lucky (on average, I'd say you should expect less money from craftables than from cards).
Because of Steam's transaction fees, selling booster packs is on average more profitable than selling the resulting cards. Again, if you want to play "feeling lucky", you could open booster packs and pray for rare cards (but again, on average, you should expect less money from cards than from booster packs).

Personally, I find it too time-consuming to trade cards... What I do is I sit on them, I just set for sale my most valuable foil cards and some of my booster packs (those for which either I already have the level 5 badge or those that are really noticeably valuable). And from time to time I use steamtradematcher to try and complete some sets. If you want to get rid of some cards and exchange them for complete, ready to craft sets, there is also steamlvlup which can be used for that (I haven't used them in a while, they seem to be still running fine).

But I have an interest in leveling up (a bit), if only for the friend slots and the badges, and because I find Steam's fees quite of a rip-off on 0.03$/€ cards (fees are 0.02$/€ on those...).
If all you want is to make the most money (which probably won't be a lot anyway), without spending hours negotiating on forums, I'd say just sell your items without transforming them (and use steamlvlup to exchange unmarketable cards for marketable ones). Steam Economy Enhancer, which was mentioned above, seems like a nice helper to speed up the process of selling your things (I've never used it myself).

Wow thank you for that wall of text! Really appreciate it! It sounds really ridiculous that steam gets 2 cents of a 3 cent card. That is a huge bumper for me now.

Vavle gets 1 cent and the cent goes to the developer or publisher.

Steam charges a minimum of 1¢ fee for themselves, and 1¢ for the developer on items (goes up for higher value items since it's based on a percentage), so stuff that only sells for 3 or 4¢ really isn't worth it (whereas a 21¢ item, you still get 19¢ from the sale). If you go to sell a card on the market you'll see a You Receive and Buyer Pays, which will show you how much Steam and Developer cuts take from the cost.

One other thing I haven't seen mentioned here yet is that if you do intend on crafting badges, you might want to wait until the Winter sale. Right now you get coupons for crafting badges, but from a week before the sale through to the end of the sale you'll get an extra Mystery/Winter sale card, and especially at the start of the sale those can add up if you're crafting a lot of badges.

i have a good marketing strategy for selling cards i always sell them 2-4weeks before a sale ,they usually increase in price from those bulk purchases for leveling .
sometimes i sell some cards for 0,20 instead of 0,07Euro
i have a brain filled with math ,so i actually remember all cards with a bit of value and check them .
i probably gain some 3-6Euros more for each sale than i would otherwise while selling those cards .
I would always open 5-7cent boosterpacks .
You usually gain more and maybe get a foil one and hit the jackpot . (except trash cards are only worth 3cent) those boosterpacks you wanna sell .
With 5card badges from trash games or usually 5-7cent boosterpacks you can usually Gain Exp on sales and gain the Extra card and Emote/background and you will get Exp and the money .you would gained by selling those trash cards .
so i always sell only cards with Value or with to many cards .
