Iām not actually sure, we tried to do a giveaway upon release for PR but itās not showing up, our other games we can though. Iām going to reach out to Steam and see if there is an issue.

Since its been only released two days ago, it simply hasn't been updated to be in the list of games that can be given away I think. Not a problem on Steams side.
I believe you can contact the SG support and ask them to add the game manually.
