Point system take more points than it should

I click on a game I like to enter. Then I press "Enter giveaway". After that it say "Please wait...". Sometimes the please wait just hanging and it don't say "Remove entry" but it took say 20p. After refresh the page and click "Enter giveaway" it goes through but take again 20p. So it take 40p for one entry.

Anyone get the same bug/problem
