I'm so looking forward to the game since the OG is my favorite ever game and i beat it probably like 30 times cross multiple platforms (now recently i've been playing on my new PS4). BTW Capcom will have a livestream of the game on the 13th:

I guess. I kinda mistakenly bought another PS2 console because i thought my was broken. But it was the HDMI adapter that didn't work properly. But, i guess the new one is better, but i think i can only play on my old TV because my new has no SCART. So i kinda don't have it installed RN.

While I imagine they know what they're doing I find it curious that they decided to remake RE4, a game that's perfectly fine as it is, instead of giving this treatment to one of the titles that would actually benefit from it like Code Veronica.

Probably cuz RE4 is more popular. But I agree, Code Veronica needs it more. To be fair Code Veronica did get an HD remaster but it wasn't all that great and wasn't a remake

So did RE4 which is what we currently have available on Steam. 4 and CV remasters were announced together initially for PS3/X360 with RE4 later receiving further enhancements for the PC releases. At this point I'd honestly take an "as is" release of CV just to have the entire mainline series available

Yeah I played the RE4 remaster on PC and PS3. It was trash on release on PC until Capcom patched it up, and the HD texture fan project finally finished this year which is great. It doesn't really need a remake but I'll be buying it on release anyway, RE4 is one of my favorite games and the only game I've played through on 4 different platforms

Awesome! I love RE4, and am wondering how this remake will be. It could be really good, if it's as fun as it looks

I'm just waiting for them to add some of that newness to Code Veronica. CV was a favorite Dreamcast game.

While the worst of the fixed camera angle games, it is still decent and could deserve a remake too, although it is a bit of an indie title which most people don't seem to know much about. If you didn't know it is avaliable with achievements on the PS4.

As I just got RE4 VR, I don't know if I'll bother with RE4 Remake as quickly as I did with RE2 and RE3. If they did Code:Veronica, I would have been much more willing to buy it, but I'll wait for a massive sale or a giveaway win for this edition of RE4.

I thought it was a pretty accurate representation of the central European nation of Spain and its language. At least if you consider the fact that Capcom thought Spain was in Central Europe
