Personally I think you can't go wrong with The Art of War Bundle from bundlestars. I own the Cossacks series on disk and can say it's a fantastic rts wargame. The others in the bundle look interesting too.

The Destiny Bundle which someone mentioned, also from bundlestars, has a few interesting titles too, like the EA Warring States Tactics game and the Haegomonia Collection, which I own on gog.com and it's worth getting for the expansion alone, which updates the game and really improves the overall rts/4X experience.

I haven't been on here that long but names I'm used to seeing that I haven't recently are: Jekaterina, HillaryClinton, and silibird.
