Hello, I'm interested in joining but couple of questions:
re rule 1, are less than 20 and more than 20 wins considered those from in group or total wins? if i win a game that is shared, is it then considered half a win?
re rule 10, are occasional few alright? I do have a bunch of keys from them still that i'm trying to give away (will just post them public/forum depending on what spam means). no my first giveaway won't be one of those, will look for some other spare key. :)

The rule 1 consider only group giveaways. And yes, shared games give you half or less to your ratio depending on a number of groups that they are shared with.
Occasional few are alright. I added This link to the post above to clarify the rule.

Hmmm, actually you asked a good question here. I can't say you to not enter such giveaways though I would ask you to be careful with your ratio at the very beginning.

up to 20 wins, in a group
if you have 22 wins in a group you should have send 12 or more gives, but we look at gift diffrence, so if you post giveaway for two groups it will be count as half, for 3 groups as 0.3 etc…

upon invite, you create gift for group within 24 hours, after that, you check here your stats: https://www.steamgifts.com/group/rAHlL/boxofkittens/users
until you don't have there 20 Received gift you should keep your sent gift us 0.5 of received or more. So if you have 16.5 received gifts, you should have at least 8.3 sent gifts.
If you have more than 20 received gifts, then you check Gift Difference column, and you should have more than "-10" – negative 10…

Since you're another person who ask about this, I added that it's an inside group ratio. Ratio of users can be checked here
The gift difference is sent gifts minus received gifts. it's not 10 but -10 ;) So if you won 30 you must have given to the group at least 20 gifts. If 50 won then 40 sent and so on.
If you won something shared with the group the site will treat the giveaway as won within the group as well.
