Here lemme give a useless idea someone can create a thread about hentai games and list them and we'll hide them manually (i didn't tried to hide them before bec i didn't thought so i don't know the amount of them)only advantage is you don't have to search for them

By this point, VR and trashware amount to a majority of content on Steam, and a sizable portion of the trashware is sexual content based. Given the.. maybe 80,000, by this point? non-package listings on Steam, that would be thousands or even tens of thousands of listings to add. Further, though a noticable portion of such content does get removed from Steam, Steamgifts continues to list removed content, so there wouldn't even be a reduction based off that consideration.
Moreover, as the OP noted, the main issue is that there are dozens of new ones released every week. Unless we can filter out some portion of them preemptively- for example, as I requested of cg in the past, the bare minimum option to simply allow us to filter out by certain terms [namely, "hentai"], based within game titles alone- any efforts are going to continue to feel like an upward struggle.
Well, there's also a more fundamental issue with your proposed solution.. the issue is in us having to manually filter out such games in the first place. Having a list wouldn't do us any good, as it'd take as much or more time than using the filter icon in the giveaway list would. As such, it wouldn't address the problem at hand in any meaningfully relevant way.

We don't have to bl every hentai game we have to bl every hentai game giveaways otherwise list is tooo big so that's will decrease the amount of games
This won't solve the whole problem just helps a little bit
And there's a reason why i said useless idea
(New idea prob others had thinked this but still just in case you can search hentai at giveaways lol(then no them))

Frankly, I'd be happy to be able to just filter out anime altogether.

Not all of the hentai/ adult only games have the adult only tag, either. Some companies (Kagura in particular) send a version to steam with the lewd stripped out specifically in order to avoid getting the adult only tag. Then in the comments, someone will post a link to their website where there's a patch to get the full content of the game. It's a little sketchy, but quite a few countries supposedly ban steam games with the adults only tag, so it's their way of getting around that and getting their games into those markets (China specifically).

I think the adult only tag is specifically set by steam, so not too exploitable. I don't know exactly how the approval process works, but I know some games were rejected and had to be edited because the valve reviewer objected to some content. (it was too 'adult')

An extension or a feature I'm not aware of maybe?
Would be nice to filter out all thoses 'hentai' or overall adult games. I'm usually blacklisting them but there are always new ones out
