myfonts.com allows live previews of fonts using custom placeholder text, is that the one? (begins with M too :P)

ah no, sry, it was more like the url had the 'font' word in it or a font name word in it, BUT on the site there were actually Unicode special chars and that's what I'm actually interested in :P
maybe it was too long time ago if i can't remember specifics..

well thing is it already had mapped certain chars to certain letters and i believe it was more extensive than that, but thx :D

someone posted on this forum a few months back and the site name was resemblin a font name like myriam, myriad (or something completely diff lol) and was pretty cool..
if you entered your name it gave you an entire page of variations of those letters in cool special chars, plus the site linked to other font related cool sites, as well :P
