He still can't trade.

If players inventory were to be shared out randomly, then people would create hacks that get other people VAC banned for a chance at their stuff.

I was in an CS:GO MM game and the guy had upside down views and was blatantly rage cheating.
Suddenly he gets kicked for "untrusted account" and later he was perm. banned from all CS:GO servers 7 rounds in and we win the game. (Feel bad for the other team but I think games where someone received a VAC ban don't count for rank ELO)
The guy's profile said he was VAC banned (not linking due to rules) and in his inventory he had 15 keys, a knife worth around $60, and some various skins worth around $10. When you get VAC banned in CS:GO or TF2 you get trade banned from that game.
Probably so mad because he most likely paid for those hacks as well haha!

Got what he deserved, only if I can see him rage. If Valve implemented a feature where the hacker's items get randomly placed into the player's of his MM matches inventories that would be amazing.
