3D printing figures with Cura and Supports

Hi guys, I am new in 3D printing. I have Ender 3 V2 with PLA material + Cura slicer. Is here anyone who can help me with good setting of Supports for printing figures? I tried use Tree supports but probably do not have good setting. Thank you for any advise / screenshot which setting you are using.
