It's not like with other situations like this. I wanted RHCP version and got regular one. Now I activated it and can't play with polish subtitles. Can I do something about it? Contact Steam Support? Download localised files from somewhere?

I think I have them because RHCP base game installed during free weekend is still there. But I don't know where to change it. Can't find anything in config files, I'll check registry now.

There was the same problem for me (i need russian subtitles), my steps were:

1 - Download "DishonoredGame/Localization/RUS" folder from RU Steam version (it's about 3 Mbytes for every language, you can found DishonoredGame/Localization/POL by Google, this for example http://cs.rin.ru/forum/download/file.php?lang=en&id=14503&sid=5c198ba55e4fba2b8dd4a5d78357046a (delete invalid symbols from a link))

2 - Rename all int-files in "DishonoredGameCookedPCConsole" folder to rus-files (i have used bat-file, you need rename it from int to *pol)

3 - Launch game from Steam with parameter "-languageforcooking=rus" (-languageforcooking=pol in your case)

That's all, i have russian subtitles. You need to do the same, but with your language.

There are also localization files in engine directory, but they are not translated. Tested on RHCP free weekend version.
