Need help with Paypal funds

I have some dollars (reais, in my country [Brazil]) in my Paypal account, but Steam doesn't accept it, I just want to know:
1) Can I send them to my CC? (Yes or No)
2) Can I actually use them on Steam, to get Wallet or just buy the game directly? (Yes or No, and if YES: How?)

Its maybe Not verified, sure you can Pay with it by steam.

you can send it to your bank account if you know IBAN number, you should have it somewhere on account

I only charge my paypal with euros (i am portuguese) and every time i buy something in dollars paypal just converts from euro to dollar and vice versa using the current exchange rate.

If you have paypal funds you should be able to convert them to USD and pay directly with paypal, without the need of steam wallet
