What I'm trying to do is play mouse+keyboard/controller games on my PC (co-op on 1 PC).
I've tried several programs. But instead of perceiving mobile as controller, those softwares just bind buttons to keyboard.
So, my question is: does anyone know any software to perceive mobile device as an actual controller/joystick and not just bind the keys?

I don't know an answer to your question, cause I never needed it (have 3 controllers so no problem for me), but there is a Steam Game specifically developed to be controlled using Smartphones, so if you just want to play something in coop it may be some kind of answer to your problem :) https://store.steampowered.com/app/382050/Eon_Altar/

I already own that game, but I just want to play other games in my library that need controller to play in co-op.

Trust me, I've googled like 100 times already.
Results lead me to softwares which just use mobile instead of keyboard and with gamepad buttons, that's it.
I want android as controller, not android as another keyboard with less functions...

I have no idea what latency would it have and I'm not 100% sure it would actually work out, but theoretically you could bind your Android device to the keyboard, emulate a controller and then bind the keyboard to an emulated controller
