Open Taskbar Folder Shortcut in own window on taskbar

How to open a folder shortcut on the taskbar but not to see it on file exporer icon on the taskbar?
i want to see it on the folder sortcut icon on the taskbar!
if i can do that!
on Windows 8.1

To make the folder shortcut on my task bar to open on its icon, not on the file explorer icon on the task bar. I want to see it like when i open a program, and the program has its own icon on the taskbar when i use it!
