Serious Sam Complete (which was -90%) was marked as bundled, so any game with 90% discount should be put on bundle list. Otherwise it's exploitable just as with this price error with PlayWay's Sim Bundle

How? Winner should still get all items from pack, so GA creator would have to buy "remaining" games.

If I'm not mistaken, it was because the 95%off are relative to the US Steam store price and the 90%off on Serious Sam games in the RU store turned out to be 95%off the US store price.
At least I'm pretty sure thet's the reason Payday got bundled (even before there was the massive giveaway for joining the Steam group).

Well, you have to check Russian price. If Russian sale price is 95% of US price, it's good contender for being bundled.

It's still about discount. Never ever mattered what's the website. If something got 95% or bigger discounts, that's exploitable CV-wise and people WILL exploit. Rules are rules.

If you as for PlayWay's Sim Bundle price glitch, yes it will be bundled. Everything with sale 95% or more. Site does not matter as long as it is RoW version. For example ... TUG was 95% off in humble store and now it is bundled. Or any dirty cheap games that were 95% or more off on Steam (like Camera Obscura etc.)
