Owh, and to answer your question, girl admins normally do a better job than their male counterparts. I've been in a few different guilds in different games, but the best guilds were run by girls.

If she's not a bitch then it's not a problem for her to be an admin. I was playing TTT and one of the admins was a squeaker and he RDMed me. I'd rather not play with people like that.

The fact that she was female is irrelevant. The person was the owner of the server. ( Or at least lived with the owner. )
When you join a server, something to keep in mind especially when dealing with the owner of said server...

It is their server. It's their rules. Do not like it? Choose another server. Simple and easy.
