I would say go with option 2 now. There's more juice in that.

Option 2. EVGA have really good support, 10 year manufacturer warranty and some pretty awesome forums.

I own an EVGA GTX460, so I can pretty much speak from experience.

Great support and great build quality. I haven't used the 700 series but I've handled plenty of 400/500/600 series cards to say EVGA would be the better choice.

I didn't know 760s were that cheap...i'll need to get myself 2 of them. Also go with option 2.

Option 2 for me, higher factory-clocked speeds (of course you can get the MSI variant and OC yourself but it is never a guarantee that you will be able to OC well, or even OC successfully) and the a-little-bit cheaper price tag. But of course, it is just my opinion.

They are pretty much the same and EVGA card is cheaper so I would go for Option 2.
