Almost 2 day ticket to get new winner

I did a giveaway and the winner already had the item, its been almost 2 days now and still no answer. Can someone help me?

Edit: I thought something went wrong, but it seems its all ok, I will the 5 days. Thanks guys :)

support has to deal with a lot of requests, sometimes it takes a while. I had to wait 4 days recently. Just be patient, help is on its way! :D
