An apostrophe is only used in Q11.
There are a couple of "the". Most spellings are according to wikipedia. If in doubt, just generalise your answer to the franchise.

I'm stuck at both questions as well.
For 11, I was going for the extremely obvious one. As Oppenh4imer mentioned above, the answer to Q11 has an apostrophe. The Wikipedia spelling (english wikipedia) has an apostrophe, but it still isn't working for me. And I'm just copying it.
For 12, I think that it looks a lot like a popular character from a great franchise, but it's wrong. Then I reverse googled the image and found another, much older character from a much older ... let's call it franchise? But the second character appeared in a huge franchise just a couple of years ago, which is of course the wrong answer. So, I guess I know the character, but I know only one franchise where he really appeared.

I guess I know which character you mean with Q12, since I already had the character figured out using Google Reverse Image Search. But I only know very few movies/tv shows with this character, none of them worked. But thanks for confirming my guess. Maybe I just haven't seen this particular franchise yet.

I just dicovered that after you correct a typo on the answers, ITH would not give me a "CORRECT" check, it gives me a "You guessed that already!" and won't let me complete it xD

Stuck in the same situation as laendri - that was a big surprise, how long ITH does that? I'm pretty sure I was able to repeat the same wrong answers over and over once upon a time.
Also, since a few more people might be stuck there too - how about additional answer "name of the movie"1 or something like that, so that we won't have to do an entire puzzle again?

I am in a mood for puzzle creation right now.
I want to create a couple of more small puzzles soon-ish and do something special for those, who solve one of my puzzles very fast. In clear and uncertain words: There will be a GA (or GAs) for everyone who finishes top 10 (on ITH) in one of my puzzles. If you already finished top10 in one of my last ITHs, please wait a little before answering your last question in this one, to give other users the chance to finish top 10.
I try to post puzzles on different time, to give people from every timezone a chance to finish top10.
