Hotline Miami is pretty damn good as well, from what I've played.

EDIT: Pretty much the entire Humble Indie Bundle 5 and 8 are damn good. (I can't say much for Little Inferno, though. Not enough gameplay.)

Don't Starve and The Binding of Isaac.

Dungeons of Dredmore. I've put over 200 hours into it and still keep going back for more. The complete pack is usually only a couple of bucks during the big sales.

The interesting thing about Indie games is that they're always so niche. Few rarely transcend niches like their big box counterparts. For that reason, it's hard for me to outright recommend any Indie title because they're almost always great in their own way but rarely appealing to everyone.

Isaac is the best one.
